Tony writes from Cape Town. He is a writer and systems-thinker watching how humans perceive, distort, and make meaning out of the world’s noise.

The Reason
Astraean Signal exists because the modern mind is asked to interpret more than it can hold. The publication is a place to slow that work — to map the architectures that shape attention, and to recover a little precision.
The Method
An Issue is built as a chamber, not a lecture. A concrete moment. A lens. A structure the reader can walk through. The aim is not to close the question — it is to show where interpretation begins.
