Introduction — Before Meaning, There Is Transmission
A signal is the universe attempting to speak — not in sentences, but in pulses. Before thought, before story, before meaning, there is only transmission.
Every moment of perception begins as a collision between the world and the nervous system: light, vibration, temperature, intuition.
The mind likes to imagine itself as a neutral observer, but it is not. It is an instrument — tuned, biased, distorted, shaped by history and habit.
Clarity is not the absence of noise. Clarity is the discipline of learning to distinguish what is being sent from what is being imagined.
Issue 07 explores the architecture of signal: the purity of transmission, the inevitability of interference, and the sovereign act of listening before interpreting. The world is always speaking. The question is whether we are capable of hearing it.
What Is Signal?

The interlude explores feline interference, mythic disruption, the logic of interruption, the sovereignty of animals, and the humor inside cosmic transmission.
The Cat is the reminder that not all signal is meant for us.
